Just chipped my tank… can I assume it’s not tempered?

So I just chipped the edge of my Aqueon 75 gallon.

Can I assume based on the fact I currently don’t have 70 gallons of salt water over my basement floor that the glass isn’t tempered?

I've seen videos where guys are able to drill partially into the glass before it bursts. Given that I'm not so sure a small chip would cause them to burst either.
