What coral is the Kleine feasting on?

Perhaps trade it or donate it to the LFS, if you don't want to leave it in the sump?

Sounds like your Kleine wasn't a picky eater/ Maybe you need to treat it for tapeworms?

is it ok to put my kleini in the sump? this dude is eating all my coral! hate to flush him!
Short term, yes that’s fine.
Are you sure the butterfly isn’t feeding on already doomed coral?

Remember me?...lol...the poll...
Mine is living in the sump and all the rocks with aiptasia that I can move go down to him without coral on it to clean them up. Works fin so far. He found a way to get into my refugium, probably cleaning out all the copepods and amphipods.

It's because you have no sponge in his tank food. These type of fish need sponge in their diet otherwise they go after your soft fleshy corals.
I have plenty of sponges on my rocks and mine still went rogue once the aptasia was gone. All my zoas disappeared but not my sponges.

Bummer, was he the blue stripe one?
Doesn't matter, it's a myth. Mine had the blue stripe and I have sponges on the life rock. Mr. Kleini, once aiptasia was visually gone chowed down nearly everything including nems. I found he loved to go for the mouths the most.

If you need to nuke your tank of any and all members of the cnidarians the Klein's is definitely what you need.
