Used to look like this. Im worried about the bubble tips from the previous photo compared to this
What do the other corals look like? 24hrs could just be a temporary thing if the others are fine. Is it from splitting? no

Water parameters seem fine other than nutrient levels. How often are you feeding with the mysis and dried foods? Personally I have better results with LPS when I feed them something to eat 2 or 3 times a week with mysis or pellets. Are you target feeding them when you feed these foods?

Have you done a water change recently? Sometimes helpful to do a water change when the corals are looking odd and see if it helps.

Congratulations. You are now the proud owner of a three-headed torch. To confirm, count the number of mouths. If it used to have one mouth and now it has 3 mouths, there is your answer. If it always had three mouths, then I misunderstood the question.
