pH 7 5 - 7.6, the best I can do
Temp 78-89
Salinty 1.025
Alk 8.3
Calcium 415
Mag 1420
Nitrate 9.1
Phosphate 0.34 (working on getting it down)

My scoly has been looking fine for a long time, but starting this afternoon the mouth is open. It looks like there is some sand inside and maybe some rot around the mouth?

Hard to see the issue in the photo, but Scolys tend to struggle once the mouth gets denuded.

A dip in iodine can help, as can manual feeding of plankton-type foods a couple of times each week. Low light and low flow, and make sure fish and inverts aren’t picking on it. Lastly, I’ve found these meaty corals do much better in cooler water (75-77 degrees).

Here is die white light photos if it helps. Maybe it's just trying to spot the sand out.
