So this is my tarantula tank next to my tank and I needed to diy the light since it wouldn’t reach my outlet behind my reef. So it’s still a bit high but is shining decently beautiful looking “natural sunlight” into it. Would this being on sometimes or even all the time WITH my lights alr on? Regardless the spiders chillin (so I can turn it off) but the natural look is crazy cool. Being said will this kind of white natural looking spectrum cause crazy algae blooming or big GHA problems? I think, the corals are closing with the light bulb bc it’s not enough par or I hope, So original lights+this(possibly very low par) =bad no good or not bad at all if anything more sps supporting.

You may get slightly more algae growing on the glass on that side, or slightly more in general if you just hung the light up.

But it shouldn't be harmful at all.

My tank get 2-6hrs of natural light through skylights and a sliding glass door depending on the time of year. No algae issues.

I should add I alr have dinos, seeing what they are tomorrow with a microscope. Grow like weeds. Waves some off my torch legit 20 mins later another bubbly strand…
