Is there a way for me to add light to my tank so it lights up from below? Meaning something sitting on the bottom of the tank inside as opposed to outside?

The corals are always stretching upwards reaching for the lights from above. I think they could also benefit from having lights shining from below. Considering how directional LEDs or even t5s are we don't have as wide as spread in the tank. In addition, as things grow, they tend to shadow each other. Having a light shining from below would also help them continue to propagate without shadowing and blocking light from each other.
