6 months in in my display angel is showing parasites of some sort of one side. I have noticed first about month ago and it's double the size now. Fish feeding and behaving normally, just presenting itself allot to cleaner wrasse. No other fish have symptoms.
Like all my fishes, it went through extensive quarantine protocol recommended here including copper, prazi, metro.

I am thinking flukes, but seems to be to large?

It looks far to big to be flukes - however it could be another external parasite or injury - can you give some more history? (where it came from, etc etc the other inhabitants)?

This is a skin tag likely from an injury. Flukes you typically cannot see with naked eye . Occasionally. neobendendia can be seen. Flukes come with certain symptoms. If you can, Post a video of at least 20 seconds for any clues

A skin tag is a lesion that occurs spontaneously (Like a benign tumor) And is not due to injury. Either way the recommendations are the same.

I agree, this is too large to be a fluke, and those can rarely be seen without a microscope. However, the fish posturing for the cleaner may indicate that there is an unseen fluke infection. Do you ever see the fish scratch/flash?

Video shows injury or scratching from irritation. Please observe and see if you see fish scratching or rubbing on objects. If not- Injury and kin tag in MOST cases are from injury. Its a fish and not human
