Is this Dinoflagellates?

Posted here and on a FB group and I've had no reply on both. Does any one know if this is Dinoflagellates? Wondering the best course of action here. Youtube link

Thank you for sharing. I seen that searching around on here. I'm thinking that it looks like Dino. I messed up and bought one of the digital microscopes and it just wasn't strong enough. I won't be able to get a better one for another week or 2. I was wondering if there was something I could do if I already knew it was some kind of dino, outside of getting a UV. Definitely can't afford UV right now. I turned my white down a little and I'm waiting on microbacter7 to be delivered.

Just buy one of the cheap uv on amzn. Reduce ur light schedule so nighttime is longer. They get into wc at night. Increase ur nutes
