Any ideas what this strange brown spot is on my Dipsastraea? Once I rented a PAR meter I realized I was hitting it with too much light. Never seen a coral bleach before but didn’t know if that’s what it was

Thanks

Kind of looks like tissue damage could be caused by many different things but doesn’t really look like active bleaching, how fast has this come on?

I was ramping up my light over a period of probably 3 weeks because I noticed the coral was showing more signs of brown. I thought this meant it needed more light, I had read somewhere that corals brown when not getting enough light. Probably on week 3 I noticed the spot. I just turned the light way down after measuring PAR this past weekend. It should only be getting roughly 50-60 right now. I read after the fact that they excrete a brown slime when overexposed to light, which made me wonder if it bleached at that one spot
