That's really going to be difficult to ID with just that.

Try taking it off, and putting it into a container, but only if it comes off easily. Try blowing a turkey baster onto it.

Edit: only do this is it's bothering the coral, but in this case it looks like it's not.

That is the tube of a featherduster/micro-featherduster worm, harmless/beneficial filter-feeders and very common in most tanks
You'll see the worm come out of the larger end, they will be red/white/black in color most times, be kinda small and have a feathery feeding apparatus which is all you'll see of the actual worm (hence the name featherdusters) they retract when disturbed and will pop up all over the tank, common part of a reef tanks ecosystem and as I mentioned are completely harmless/beneficial
