My leather has been slumped over like this shortly after getting it and it's been about 3 months. Wondering if perhaps I have a pest bothering my leather.

I know people always ask for parameters

0 ammonia
0 nitrite
10 nitrate
33.5 salinity (I am trying to raise it up)

@Hebrewhammer My first guess would be that you could try increasing the flow around it. If toadstools have too little flow, they will stay slumped and eventually die, in my experiences with a few small ones.
I also lost a nice 3" one from my original 75g FOWLR a couple years ago during a tank transition as I kept it in a bucket with no flow for too long.

It is near the top of my tank rockwork. Top right corner. The flow is not direct but over it.
Looking at your picture, I'm fairly sure it would appreciate more flow.

Okay so I have the flow directly facing the toadstool. Im hoping for the best. I have cheap amazing pumps which I will eventually upgrade but I don't want too much flow to the point where my fish are getting blown around.

Okay update. I was changing the flow and noticed a worm like thing flinging around. I then took a razor blade to pick it off and a chung of rock fell off and it looks like it was tied to it. I tried to pick it off but it's hardy. No clue what it is.
