Is there a Favite coral attached to my snail…

Random and a bit of a silly one but is this a Favite coral that’s attached to one of my snails?? Just spotted the bright pink dots and it seems to be purple with the pink dots on one half of the shell.

If so, is that common?? These are the best pics I could get.

purple coralline algae when it is dying for whatever reason, turns pink. It can be lack of light, and etc.
