Hello,
I have very regrettably neglectedy tank after a big move. I have stored it in the basement for about a year now without as many water changes and care as I used to give it. Now that I have settled from my move I am looking to clean up and restart the tank to it's former glory. I have had the equipment running and It still houses 2 clownfish and a Dotty baCK since it has been put down there. I guess what I need to know is what would I have to do to Kickstart this tank back into action. What do I need to start over? Is this live rock dead or still usable? Should I scrub the algae from the rock? Please help!

Agree with Lasse. Your LR is not dead, especially since it still supports the fish in there. It may not be supper populated as livestock is very light, so I wouldn't throw 30 fish in there in one shot, but it is alive.
