I woke up today and I saw my Royal Gramma dead and my clownfish looking like the Gramma did the night before. Please I need some help because I’m so confused, all my parameters are good and I make sure to test that every couple days. Any advise would be appreciated

My tank is about 3 months old
My nitrite & ammonia are 0
My Nitrate is very close if not 0
It is fully cycled and I used Dr.Tim’s fish less
You should have nitrate in your tank when testing. What rock have you got dry rock or live rock . Sorry just look at your photos again you have fish in. Have you just put the fish in how long ago . Have you any spikes in ammonia. Did you drip the fish and for how long . Just trying to go through things to see if any thing jumps out . Any signs of rapid breathing also at the top of the water. Any sign of small white spots on there body’s or fins . Has there been and flicking agents the side of the tank . Also did the fish get along no fighting or bullying
