And is this like a continual doser 2 ur tank as the lifter is replacing the water daily? Have a ATO with fresh salt churning or UV tank well. I’m not a cross ur fingers guy. I just sterilized everything and cleaned it really well so a continual not cleaning weekly culture And it’s been going for 6 months now at least so has 2 work...

I'm so interested in this, I've been all over the forums, all over YouTube, and had no luck.. Although I refuse to give up.
It doesn't make sense to me that the most abundant form of life on earth can't replicate itself in my Tank.
I also refuse to buy Guillards F2 because it's the only thing anyone recommends or uses to fertilize phtyo. I'd rather do the research, find out what works and how to do it. Even if it means buying liquid fert, as long as I don't have to pay shipping.. People say in a larger tank Copepods can self sustain populations is that right? it sounds overkill but if you ran like 4 HOT filters, "the AC70 as an example" and fill them with copepod hotels or chaeto will Copepods survive and reproduce in their little areas then dosed to the tank every now and then from the filters??
