I have aiptasia and bergia nudibranches failed after 2 months

I was thinking about adding peppermint shrimp, but worried they will eat my corals and dig in their mouths for food.

Your experience would be appreciated

How many berghia did you start with and how big is your tank? Two months might not be long enough.

What is fish load? Anything that might eat them?

Berghia are pack hunters until full grown. You need a bunch so they can work on aiptasia together. Lay eggs. Make colonies. Grow larger etc

I just ordered 7 from @TKCorals and I will vouch for them - these are significantly better than the ones I’ve bought from websites in the past. If you try berghia again, which I do reccomend, message TK and explain the situation and see what they recommend.

It does take a month before seeing progress unless you add some large ones. If you need immediate results I would say get a bunch of mediums and a couple large

In past Ive added 14 mediums at once, and didn’t see them for 1 month and then got very good results in month 2 and 3 and by the middle of month 4 all tank aiptasia were gone. They even went into my overflow, all sections of my sump. Everywhere. I woke lulk them out the sump return chamber and place back on the display as needed (to prevent harm from return pump). I was shocked how they even got that far in my system but they will go everywhere needed

I added a copper band and after years of fighting a few Aptasia which every conceivable method.

It wiped out every single one in less than 1 week.

We been free 6 months now.
