That light will be ok for some corals but you really need a better unit if you want to keep a large variety. I recommend the noopsyche k7 mini at your price point, linked below. Regarding your dwarf Angel question, some may nip at corals, but more importantly, 10 gallons is too small for a dwarf angelfish. Please do not put one there. Some good fish for a 10 gallon include clownfish, damsels, and small gobies.

Yes but then I will have to keep my tank lid open I want a light were I can still keep my tank light shut

Well let me ask, why are you so concerned with keeping the lid? I run both of my systems without lids and have no issues. If I were you, I'd ditch the lid and use the light I recommended.

Okay but I keep fire fish in there which jump and I just want to keep the lid just in case so if I get the light I said will I be able to keep gsp and zoanthids
