Invert on my Astrea snail?

Noticed this fella on my snail today, dont mind the algae, its one of the few places that there is any, these guys do such a good job keeping rockwork clear. Would love to know what this is. looks feather duster in nature but not sure.

Yeah, some type of feather duster. I have seen them on my snails from time to time. Pretty neat.

I found a tiny one on a coral once that glowed green under blue light, was pretty cool!

feather duster, or maybe "snail fur" either way, harmless but neat.

I've had vermetids come in on a few of my snails. It's almost like you have to sand blast them to make sure they are clean. Anyone have a snail observation tank to watch them for 90 days?
