I have an ink bird temp controller on my new system until I get my GHL up and running. The tank is cycling now and I have the temp set at 76°. The heater is a BRS 600w titanium heater. Just wondering what I should set the hysteresis to.

1° is close as I can get. Got it set there now. It was set at 3° when it was previously used on a freezer for fermenting beer so I wasn’t sure if the more often cycling would shorten the life of the heater as it will a condenser in a fridge or freezer. Now that I think about it, probably not lol

They are designed for cycling.
