IM Nuvo 25g lagoon - chamber water level

Hey all. The back chamber of my nuvo lagoon is all of the sudden too high. It’s not the ATO. We have removed two cups of water - and the chamber keeps rising too high. Like it’s keeping the same water level as the display. Even after removing water - it still stays too high in the back.

We’ve tried:
Cleaning the returns
Cleaning return pump
Checking ATO is working properly

Any suggestions?
