Yep I got the same feedback from a couple of my reefing friends and I'm now in the process of ordering some stuff again.

Vectra M2 barb kit (1 inch)
1" pipe adapter spigot x barb
schedule 80 reducing coupler 1" slip x 3/4" slip
1" gate valve (for the drain)

After 2weeks getting wet, tested today and still has some trace ammonia and nitrite. Nitrate at 1ppm. Will wait few more days and retest.

Update:
Cycling completed last month. Added few fish few weeks ago. Had some hiccups but i'm hoping all goes well from now onwards.

Started moving some corals from the IM Nuvo 30 gallon the other day. Zoas went in first, then meats, and today a couple of torches and a tiny bity sps frag .

Started dosing RedSea Reefdose foundation ABCD the other day. Also hooked up a co2 scrubber. the icecap coralvue algae scrubber already got some algae .

looking forward to adding more corals soon! i'm so excited!
