My first thought would be a Tritoniid nudibranch of some kind - any chance you could get clear pics of the top and the side (like in your pic above) with brighter, white light?

Regardless, it most likely eats octocorals or hydroids (eating hydroids is fine, eating octocorals is generally bad for reefs) - have you seen any problems with any softies, gorgonians, GSP, etc.?
Looks like a Tritoniid (taxonomic family Tritoniidae) nudibranch of some kind - you'd need clearer, closer up pics under white light for a solid ID. That said, it most likely eats either soft corals/gorgonians, or hydroids.
