Showed up this morning she was fine last night. I have never seen these spots before. Seems to be swimming around just fine.

Are the spots on both sides of the fish, or just it’s left side?

Just the left.
O.K., that helps rule out external parasites - ich, velvet and flukes are going to infect the fish pretty much randomly all over the body, so the odds of having a bunch of spots show up on just one side of the fish are tiny.

What does happen on just one side? Injuries most often - from scraping against something, or more likely in this case, brushing up against a coral that stung it.
