Just got this biota yellow tang and has developed what i think is lympho. Can anyone confirm and what best treatment would be? it’s not moving the affected fin

Fin ray damage and mucus cones likely from poor water conditions or skin irritation
This is not uncommon on tangs and can be remedied with good water quality and diet. Severe cases in quarantine treated with seachem kanaplex
This may have started already in the shipping bag fish was sent in
