ID this please

Ok I just noticed this and I'm curious as to what it is. It has a yellow color move like a snail and has tenticals. The more I started looking the more I see. Some are on Live rock some under sand as in last two pics.

spaghetti worm. They are ugly and are all over my tank but I guess tat are a great thing to have.
