ID please! What is this on my LR??

[Lemony Lemons]

Two photos, one is underneath a swim through... The is the only place I've noticed this white 'fuzz'. The other is on a separate LR and looks like a hair sticking out of the pores of the rock.

IDs please and are these harmless? Should I remove? Thanks!!
