ICP test results

I just got my ICP test results back and they seem to be what I expected from my testing/trends. How do I convert the PO4 number so I can compare to my Hanna results (0.034 mg/l)? I do not want to chase numbers with a dab of this and a dab of that. How do the results look overall and is there anything major that I should look at - Problem areas?

Overall, I am happy with the results but newer to the hobby so they could be not as good as I think. Any feedback would be great!

Use the Phosphorus number from you ICP test. FWIW, the Hanna tester that gives a P number is actually testing for PO4 and just using a conversion number to give the representative P value. (Sorry, I don't remember what the conversion number is exactly.)
