Additional update, finished checking the return pump and other magnets and didn't notice anything. Return pump looks perfect.

I broke up the IM header magnetic and did not see any rust, I'm leaning towards it will still "sealed" despite of the hole I was seeing.

The wave maker I was using to mix saltwater had the smallest amount of rust, very tiny

@Randy Holmes-Farley I spotted my Radion bolt though... could this cause it? This is the only thing I could find

Update: I received a new bolt from EcoTech ~2 weeks ago and had done 1 weekly 12% water change. That with the new fresh saltwater mixing pump seemed to help. ATI ICP shows improvement with Zinc 13.53 µg/l compared to 20.16 µg/l. Headed in the right direction! Will continue weekly WC and do another ICP in 1 month
