so I have now sent him one sample and received results in here is my criticism. I love how informative the processes from beginning to the end with receiving all the emails on the current updates of my sample and the quick turnaround. The biggest issue that I have found is the display of the results on your website when using my iPad or iPhone scrolling the charts are kind of a pain in the butt and I have to constantly refresh the page to get the scroll function to work correctly when trying to move left or right. Overall I like the simplicity and what the issue affects in my tank possible corrective actions would be nice as well.
