I was sent the wrong light

I recently placed an order for NooPsyche K7 Mini Kit 60W APP control Flex Arm - K7 Mini on order#2589.

However, I received the K7 Pro 3 instead.

I dont mind using the light, but it didnt come with the mounting arm, and honestly, it is way over powered for my 9G Eshopps Deskmate tank.

I appreciate it. I mean I paid for a cheaper light, and I don’t feel right keeping it.

I did check it out though, it’s a sweet light!

I have been pretty darn patient up tp this point. I made you all aware of the issue, and I have only recieved to responses. The first was when you replied to this thread, and the second came from @Zach B private messaged me, and ask if I wanted to keep the light. That was on wednesday. I told him i just wanted the light I paid for, and that the K7 Pro iii is way to much for my 9g deskmate tank.

Its been radios silent ever since? I sent several messages and I have not gotten anything back. At this point, I am debating on doing a charge back on my card. So far your customer service is a very big let down.

Seeing as I haven’t received a response, I have opened a case with PayPal, to have my purchase refunded.

It is absolutely ridiculous that I have had to do this over such a simple issue.

Now that they won’t respond, I do. Whichever happens first. A refund, a replacement, or it sells. It is also listed for trade. I have been emailing their website, private messaging both @noopsyche and @Zach B , and sent communication via PayPal.


I need a light for my deskmate like right now. I had a coral order come in, and I can’t put em in my tank. Luckily a coworker has a reef tank at his house so I was able to get them taken care of short term. His tank is super full of big colonies and mine are in the way.

I have found that to be an effective way to get people's attention.
It is. After three days of silence, I just got a private message from them. Supposedly @Zach B is mailing me a replacement, I asked for a timeline for that, and it’s silence again.

Placed an order few days ago and still waiting. Lol
About a week. What came to me was well packed and in perfect condition. I don’t have any complaints on any of the shipping stuff. It’s the customer service after it arrived that I am not pleased with.

Were you aware of their super sketchy shipping history? I see posts about them very frequently and really support calling vendors out for their poor performance
