I've treated with copper for 2 weeks, malachite green and ruby
Can someone please identify this

Its really hard to see anything with all that purple. If you could please try to get a white light photo it will help us identify whats going on. Thank you.

Is there a growth around the mouth? It could be bacterial but I struggle to see.

Again, a pic with white light would help. Wrasses naturally burrow and in some cases may scrape the glass.

are you treating with all 3 at the same time? If so, I would do a 100% water change, and get the fish eating before resuming treatment.

The lighting in the photos is impossible to see. Try posting a picture in better lighting please.

Can you post water parameters ? Also what is he currently be treating with in QT?

Based on what I can see it looks like possible bacterial infection.

No I'm treating separate, he was eating initially

Copper could be suppressing the appetite. Sometimes fish develop blotches when in copper too. I would do a 100% water change in any event to get the fish eating. 2 weeks is too long without any food.
