I think my clownfish has an air bubble, can I save him?

My clownfish was really fat like he was overfed for a couple of days. yesterday I woke up with him swimming downwards in the top corner of my tank and hes been at it ever since. When I turn the flow off he swims around like an obese clown and didnt get very far out before returning to the corner. LFS said i should dose for a bacterial infection but I dont have a QT.

Any treatment suggestions?

My lights are weird, they are stuck with their current programming, the controller was through an app on my phone.

My params are steady and everyone else seems to be doing fine.

He left his corner and is swimming around like hes looking for food. Can I feed my tank without worsening the condition of the clown?

This may be constipation. Do you have any frozen adult brine shrimp that you could feed it to act as sort of a laxative?

I don't have any in the house, I will go get some for their breakfast

He doesn't look that bad in that short video. I don't like the fact that he crashed his "nose" into the glass side of the tank. Healthy fish never do that.
I can't tell from here what is wrong with him from that video. Sorry. Jay may be correct about constipation but I find that very rare unless we know what you have been feeding and how long you have him. What other fish are in the tank?

I just fed a bit of frozen brine shrimp and mysis. I have had him for 2.5 months. No one has been added recently but I have the clown, a damsel, and YWG+Pistol shrimp, and a BTA.

He looks less bloated today and is swimming around in the same unhealthy manner

If he is swimming in a weird manner, (hard to tell from here because clownfish swim weird anyway) there isn't much you could do for him. "Weird" swimming is usually caused from something not treatable.
