They are all over the rocks and theres more than just this one type of algae but I posted this bc I thought it would be an easy ID. It might be the same type that is on the sand

it could be a dino. It could be some other nuisance algae.
It looks like the rock it pretty new maybe? If the rocks are not several months old, then new photosynthetic stuff will grow over it, and change many times. Not worth worrying too much about what grows early on new rock.
