Got the species and name wrong. It's a Gaudy Crab - Platypodiella spectabilis

Harlequin Crab is essentially the same species, but from the East Coast of the Atlantic, not the West here in the States (or PR where you are, IIRC)

wow thanks.this crab is reef safe?
Supposedly it will devour Zoas and Softies.

It does look like the "gaudy clown crab," Platypodiella spectabilis.

This is a small xanthid crab species, that doesn't get much more than an inch or so across the carapace. They are found throughout the Caribbean. They apparently live in coral rubble, sponge, etc. A tank with some live rock should be fine for it, as long as there are a couple of small caves, or refuges.

There really isn't much on this species in my references, but I would guess it may be reasonably active, as you have seen. There are plenty of illustrations of this species on the web, indicating they are out and active when and where divers can see them.

My suspicion is that like most xanthids, it will try to catch and eat anything it can. Probably small snails and worms would be its preferred food, but it might well take small hermit crabs, too.

I FOUN THIS INFORMATION ON THE WEB THANKS
