Kate, nice job. But help me. I made a video some time ago with my P&S camera. It turned out very well, but the file size was gigantic. How did you get your file size small enough to not be a major download?

Nice job! I liked the soundtrack and the xenia reflecting on the water surface.

To be honest, I don't know what the settings are! I just turned it onto the video option, and held down the button. It started filming! Maybe I can figure it out for you! I sure am dumb when it comes to the camera though! :) The music was a youtube selection! I didn't know how to add my own songs! That one was the least of the objectionables, lol!

I added a new video today. It was on the tripod! A little steadier, even though you can't see everything as well.

First off, just set your digital camera to the low quality setting if you are worried about the file size during upload. Second, the easiest way to show your videos is thru photobucket.com. If you use sites like youtube.com, alot of folks aren't going to be able to take a look if they are at work because those sites are restricted, so you are going to limit the members that will get to view your videos.

Nice video though.

It wasn't the file size I was worried about, but I don't know how to set it up the the 640 x480 setting yet. That is what youtube recommended! It is kind of blurry! I will have to get out the manual, and see if I can set it up, and try it. I will also try it on the lower setting, and put it on photobucket, when I have some time! Thanks! :)

Gary; I was trying to figure out the size settings on my camera, and I only have two! You hit the settings button, with the video button on, and on mine, you have to select an arrow button to change the setting to one or the other! I did have it on the larger size. I don't know what the lower setting would look like. It's still a miracle I figured it out in the first place! Working this camera at first, was like trying to read Chinese! :)
