New app and required FW is rolling out today.

Exciting News! We're rolling out our latest App and Firmware update TODAY, June 25, 2024. Please ensure you're in front of your system and have updated to App version 3.0.2 before proceeding with the Firmware 341 update.

Installation Instructions:
Step 1: Download the new version of the app from your app store
Step 2: Download and install the latest firmware version. You must first download App version 3.0.2 (302) before updating to the newest firmware version.
For detailed instructions on downloading and installing the new firmware, please visit the user manual at CoralVueHYDROS.com. Since this update is rolling out in phases throughout the day, if you haven't seen the update in your app store yet, please check again soon.

If anyone has the “update config” flag issue, where it doesn’t go away after uploading. The web app has the fix. So after you update your devices, you can go to https://www.coralvuehydros.com/app/ and then upload and it should fix it on all apps from there on.

If you have download issues, reboot your entire collective.

My update won’t work, Downloads the update and then I click install and it restarts and says stored version none and running version 323. I’ve tried rebooting several times and redownloading but it refuses to update the launch.

There is an issue that they are currently working on for the launch, in the meantime please reach out to [email protected] and they can push the update for you remotely.

Those are quick links to each section of your app. If you have a lengthy list of inputs/outputs/wifi icons, it will scroll jump to that section. If you dont have much, it wont do much. You can change the size of that bar or remove it by using the top right menu.

Some minor issues have been fixed on the web app. So if you run into any issues using the mobile app, try using the web app at https://www.coralvuehydros.com/app/ and uploading a config. Then you should be able to use the mobile app from there on. An updated mobile app will likely be out in the future, but no ETA.

If you run into update issues with the Launch or X10, where it reverts the FW install... please reach out to [email protected] and they can remotely get you updated.
