Hydroids new tank (white dots on glass)

-New tank about 6 weeks in
-Lights off
-Livestock: Tomini tang, Mystery wrasse, 2 clownfish, aptasia filefish
-Seeded with pods and established rock. Dosing Phytoplankton daily

My research shows that this may be Hydroids but most of the threads end in the identification and no further steps moving forward. Apologies for the low quality but they're quite small and hard to get clearly.

Are they good guys? If bad guys, next steps?
