Hello all! A customer of mine is building a tank into a wall. I ordered him 2 hydra 64hds but they are out of mounting kits and im horrible with coming up with diy set ups. I can however follow instructions very well. Can you guys please bounce some ideas off of me for mounting set ups? Water level is 6ft off the ground so ill probably end up hanging them, just don't know how to go about doing that without the kit. The tank is 4ft long and 2ft wide. This is the tank, they are currently building a wall around it with cabinet doors for access.

With that first set, will those mounts work with the hydra model? I only ask because it specified different models. First time working with these lights sorry.

I made this stand out of 1x1 pine and then burned the wood to match my stand. I then bought some 10-32 hardware for the AI Hydra and d ring hangers. Added some wire from an led fixture hanging kit from Lowe’s. Used some lag screw type eyelets to screw into the wood.

After looking at them again, I see that they specify the Hydra 26 or 52 not the 32 or 64.... Not sure they would work.

You can call @Bulk Reef Supply and they will help you on the phone. 763-432-9691
