1.
You can use sync 2 seconds delay to not shake the camera during exposure.

2.
gui1.jpg

Shutter Speed / F / ISO
WB is the white balance - HDR OFF
L must the the image quality, should be RAW I suppose in this camera.

3.
Manual is what are the image shooting settings are Shutter Speed / F / ISO
RAW is what is the quality (type of file at the end ) of the image they're different things.

4. I don't think so.

5.
Leave it as it is, you can correct the color balance in Lightroom later.

6.
Nope.

7.
RAW.

Don't take corals out of the tank for shooting. :)

Berlibee, I'd like to thank you for responding... "Thank You!!" The picture you posted in #2 is what my settings should look like, correct? I had no idea that manual and raw were not the same! I thought Raw meant that a person had to set the the shutter speed, F stop, etc manually! Thanks again!!!

Can someone tell me the best beginner camera with lens for under $450/400?

I would like to know too... I want to upgrade from my cell phone shots and get great macros of my SPS that shows the tissue and polyps in high detail close-up. I am doing research on the Nikon D3300. Would be in your price range with money left over for a nice lens.

Polyp polynomial: How many heads do you start with when buying zoas?
