How to only dose at night with KHD control

Looking to only dose my Kalk overnight so I can getter a better pH bump vs dosing every hour.

Currently I'm dosing Kalk hourly controlled by my KHD. How do I keep the KHD control, but only have it dose between 9p and 9a? I'm not seeing how to do this and I don't want to experiment and nuke my tank with a mistake. Any guidance?

Can't you just set the pump to 'individual times'. Then input all / 12 hours from 9pm to 9am?

My only unknown is will the system auto adjust the dosing level based on the KHD if I do this?

@Lasse Do you know if KHD will adjust the manual dosing if I set my doser to manually dose 100ml from 9p to 9a? Maybe you know of a better solution given your GHL wizard status!

Right now it is set to auto dose 100ml every hour 24/7 and KHD is adjusting the actual dosing volume.

Which FW do you have for the doser. and it you run P4 and slave doser - which FW for the P4? With P4 I can set 12 individual times between 09:00 and 21:00 without problems and yes - KH will adjust the amount based on latest reading. Note - you need to have a reading finished before the first dose event on the evening. If you start the reading 20.20 - its plenty of time before 21:00. Normally one reading takes 20 minutes. If you use automatic KH readings you maybe need a read every 3 hour (8 readings) - always start 20:20. This reading will adjust 21:00, 22:00 and 23:00 dosing. next reading (23:20) will affect dosing at 00:00, 01:00 and 002:00 Reading at 02:20 will affect 03:00, 04:00 and 05:00 dosing. Reading at 05:20 will affect 06:00, 07:00 and 08:00 dosing. Reading 08:20 will affect 09:00 dosing. Reading at 11:20, 14:20, 17:20 will not affect anything. You should use adaptive control.

However if you have latest FW on a master doser or P4 you can use a new feature of the KH director. You can have a timer telling you when KH director should do a reading. Up to 8 manual events can be used. Set the timer in event start mode. Now you can set 8 individual readings - just remember reading has to start at least 30 min before a dosing.
