How to get rid of algae of some kind?

Just after some help, started getting some ugly-looking algae in my tanks and wondering what it is and the best way to get rid of it?

It is either dinos or GHA. Please post a clearer pic so others can confirm. Also, posting your po4 and no3 numbers and light intensity/photoperiod would help.
