This is not a welcome change. I have been subscribed to this forum but no longer see the need - GHL already emails me their announcements. This has been a great place to give and receive advice, etc, with fellow GHL users, but I don't see myself spending a lot of time on the controllers forum, too much non GHL clutter.

Yes, this is right, the main purpose of this forum is to inform users about new products, promotions, updates, etc., the intention of this forum is not to answer individual questions about repairs, warranties, other support cases, shipping times ...

I want to add that there is a dedicated GHL forum with nearly 100000 solely GHL-related posts, in case some might not know. You can't get more knowledge about GHL products or get your questions better answered anywhere else.
