How to coax a nem out of rock?

Anyone have tips on how to coax a bubbletip out of LR? I'm breaking down a tank and need to remove it.

Directing flow at them will cause them to move.
Also an ice cube at foot will cause them to release (best done with rock in container of tank water)

Me- I use a hammer and screwdriver and chip off the rock piece carefully that they're attached to

I just used the tube method to get a flower nem moved, works great!
