How many ICP Analysis test kits were you left with?

The way ICP Analysis closed was very disappointing, giving customers only four weeks notice to send in samples.
I was left with six unused test kits. When I called, they asked me to return them at my expense for a refund. After they received the kits, they declined my refund, stating, "We only refunding kits purchased in the last year."

I've seen three threads on this topic, but I wanted to create a separate one to count how many test kits ICP Analysis failed to process among Reef2Reef members.

In my case it was 6. How about you?

I have 1 I bought at reefapalooza last year. I don’t know why I never used it. I knew I had it and planned to use it as soon as I thought I needed to have more insight into what’s in my tank, but everything has been fine so I guess I didn’t need to analyze right now and was just saving it until I needed it I suppose.

I only just now found out ICP closed when I went to the app for the first time in months and saw the message. The website is already erased, and the only info about refunds I can find is that they said “after August return it to your original place of purchase for a refund”, but I bought it at reefapalooza so….

I’m sorry to hear of the owner’s health problems (if true…), but this whole thing feels kind of off. I mean, who shuts down their years-long, international business in the span of 4 weeks with virtually no notice? At the very least, who doesn’t sell the business rather than just shut it down completely?
