I want to put a few wrasses, a goby, and a pair in one.
I'll also add a external filter of pond matrix (5g), a chaeto reactor, and GFO/biopellet

I would do a Pygmy wrasse and a bottom dweller- Two spot blenny or a Barnacle blenny or PinkBar Goby.
And a Fire shrimp :)

Territories in a 15g will be limited, is this a 15 long or some other footprint?

I had a clown pair and a firefish in my 15 long, but only for 5 months till it became a 20g.

For interest could look at.

1 or 2 barnacle blennys
And a clown goby.

And perhaps some interesting inverts to balance it out like some sexy shrimp.

So far I have, 3 clams, a clownfish, pipefish and LPS corals. I've a pink streaked wrasse in QT soon to go in too. The coral love fish waste, oh and I make sure tank husbandry is done.

It honestly really depends on what fish you get. I’d probaly say somewhere around 3 maybe 4 would be good!

My local LFS (Cuttle Fish & Corals - they are awesome!) said you can get away with having more fish if it includes firefish & other gobies in nano’s because they have a low bio load, not very active fish.
