Trying to understand and figure out when the right time for me to begin running my skimmer and UV is on my new tank build. 310 gallon display tank, been up and running since September 2nd of this year. Just added my first group of 5 captive-bred fish to the tank over the last couple days. I have had 20 astraea snails, 10 red legged hermits and 2 turbo snails in there for 3 weeks. I’ve attempted feeding the fish past 2 nights with pellets and frozen mysis but they haven’t really gone for it yet. Coraline is coming back strong on my live rock after curing it for a few months

When would be the time to begin running my UV and/or my skimmer? Right now I'm just using filter socks and that’s it. I have live rock rubble in my fuge currently
