How long is it gonna take for GSP and Zoas to die this way…

So I hate killing coral but I have a GSP that’s overtook a magnetic rock and it’s choking out the few Zoas that are on it.

Nothing has worked including paste so I have put it in a bucket with tapwater and it’s out of the way so if they release any toxins nobody will breathe it in.


How long would you say until they are completely dead?

I’m going to then rinse it with Citric acid so the dang GSP peels off.

Anything else I should do?

Use Kalk paste to kill it back. Be careful with it though

put some bleach in the bucket and a powerhead, the coral will melt away in a day and leave you with a nice white rock
