Hi Olav and Welcome! Glad you joined. Defer to others on this thread for zoa identification as there are SO MANY TYPES, and there are other Forum areas where you might get better response, esp if you take another photo that is less blue - could even try holding your sunglasses or cut a medicine orange pill tube in parts to go in front of camera lens to filter blues (round pill bottle fragment may distort photo edges a bit, but it works in a pinch).

Have you considered starting your build thread? I found its a great place to document my tank's evolution for myself. I started tank first then joined, so I'm still finding myself going back collecting pictures & updating historically as well as current state. Once you create your first post in your thread and link it to your account, they will give you build badge (look left, under my ID)

This is a good reference book type online article I still review:

Welcome to R2R Olav !

You will find R2R to be a great resource with insightful and wise members.

You appear to be off to a good start.

As a novice, I am the not the one to identify a coral, but I wish you the best for 2022,

Hi Olav, welcome to R2R I hope you get to identify your zoanthid colony as I have some that are very similar as for them being rasta's I'm not sure they look very purple for me like mine that are mixed into my rasta's
