What are your thoughts on keeping a Heteractis Magnifica with some BTA's?

I am going to try it. :crossedlips:

I've kept Ritteris for years. I'm currently on my 4th. I've had 1 die within a couple days. The others have done well anywhere from 2-6 years (basically until I had to break down the tank). If you can find a tank raised one, that's going to do better. They ship poorly. If you get it from a LFS, your best bet is to get it straight from the bag and take it home. I've had bubbles in every tank I've ever had without any problems with the ritteris.

If I can get my last rose bubble out of the tank, however, I'm never doing another bubble. They split too often and then start moving, usually over the more expensive corals.

Well these are wild collected ritteris from AquaSD. I can never find one that is tank raised and rarely see nice ones for sale at all. This one has some nice neon green tentacles so I am going to give it a try.

Any advice on the long term care and feeding?

You got alternating currents rev?

It shouldnt be a problem with the RBTA's, they dont tend to fight for some reason, maybe it has somthing to do with the traits that they share? Theres pictures on google of RBTA's and Rit's together.

I think 2 will cover it!

Make sure your floe is alternating, that is key, make sure they have a flat place to put their foot, they don't plant themselves like bubbles do. Also, be sure to make the flat rock as high up as possible. Make sure it's about 12-16 inches below the water surface that way when you put the nem in it can expand upwards toward the light, then keep all your btas below the ritteri so they have their own territories.

Google luck

Sounds like good advice!
