I purchased this fish as a Heniochus diphreutes. When I t arrived, it was not a diphreutes but the non reef safe alternative acuminatus. I have a reef tank so I can't keep him. He's healthy and eats very well.

He has been put through hybrid ttm which eliminates ich, velvet, flukes, eronema, and Brook. I fed him metroplex infused food for 2 weeks to take care of any internal parasites. He also received 7 days of nfg treatment to prevent bacteria issues because butterflies are prone to bacterial issues during shipping. He has been observed for the last 2 weeks and all is well with him. He just needs a new home.

Did you ever find a home for this guy?
These are tricky to tell apart.
I did but I got another one that was sold to me as a diphruetes and I believe it is an acuminatus. Are you interested in him. He needs a home.

This one has been through copper and prazipro. I'm assuming acuminatus due to dorsal spine count.
